Greetings to everyone

I am here because I would like to know if someone has knowledge about forklift manifolds. I am sure you guys can help me

the thing is that I have an EJC 16 jungheinrich which is not lifting its fork, we think that the manifold is damaged so we would like to change it but it is too expensive to do that.

My question is if it is possible to change this manifold for a cheaper one which can do the same function, or maybe anyone knows what kind of manifold should be installed, I mean any reference of any brand maybe with some hydraulic diagrams.

thanks a lot for your help and please excuse me if my english is not that perfect.

I'd bet that there are individually replaceable cartridge valves within the manifold.
Try to find a service manual for the forklift.

I am trying to find that information but nothing, that is the reason I decided to come here, thank you if an individual cartridge could be replaced that would be the best

If I could just change the cartridge is it possible to purchase any brand cartridge for my manifold?, what are the standard specifications that I need to give so the cartridge can fit in the hole.

not knowing the specific machine or what may be wrong but I am sure it could be repared without resorting to whole manifold valve replacement. Could be just dirt or an electrical fault. We have forklift and hose repair mobile services in country.

Assuming you need replacement valve. There are quite a variety of cartridge valves types and makes. I'm sure there are low cost options available but you still have to match like for like.

I think te problema is in the directional valve, if I have The manifold, without valves how can I order new cartridges valves fo that manifold, wich information about the port should I give to the Seller.

is there any size standard for the cartridge valves and ports?

thank you so much

I would advise looking up a jungheinrich forum. Even Youtube. Finding someone familiar with your product on a general engineering website is unlikely.

thank you so much but it seems the URL is broken
