Format for new sheet 1

I currently have a template that consists of 2 sheets, each with a different format applied. Whenever a new sheet is added it automatically inserts the template from the first sheet. I know how to go to page setup and change that but I was wondering if there was a way of changing it so that when I insert a new sheet, it automatically uses the format on sheet 2 instead of that on sheet 1. Does anyone know how to change this so that the second format is used instead of the first?

You need to define your format with 2 sheets, then Pro/E will use the second sheet for all sheets other than the first.
