Format Resize

Is there any way to resize a format? The previous ME made an E size format but the size was D.

You can use Group to group items that belong together and then use
Edit > Transform > Translate
Pick group.
Use from to or enter
X translation Horizontal or
Y translation Vertical
and type distance
44" x 34" E size - from
34" x 22" D size
information on bottom would move 10in Horizontal and vertical 12in for top of sheet etc. Typically the Tables and Grids are the same size from sheet to sheet but are located at different locations not scaled from current size.
