Forming Template

I have a very complex, using conventional forming methods, cable stayed tower cap to form, and would like to have the majority of the complexity eliminated by having a steel frame fabricated to establish the geometry, block-ouits, etc.. Does anyone have a vendor, experience, comment, that they would like to share?

Try EFCO. They did the formwork for the concrete vertical masts on the Alamodome (stay cable roof) in San Antonio, TX.
