The ACI document SP-4 Formwork for Concrete is an excellent reference.

It is available for purchase at and is being or has been revised to include some newer photographs and editorial changes.

You might also contact various manufacturers of wall forming systems for their system specific manuals.

Good luck and keep posting,

Richmond (now Dayton-Richmond) used to have good information on forming. If you can get the old Richmond manuals, do so. Otherwise DAtyton_ Richhmond info can be accessed at
Ratay's "Handbook of Temporary Construction" dicuss not only forming but shoring reshoring and unshoring of formwork.
