I want to installed Fortran on my PC, can any body tell me what basic features do I need to have in my PC,
I never used Fortran before just learning from a book , I am not computer professional due to some problem solving application in Chemical Engg. I need to learn Fortran I need guidance any good book to learn Fortran and any website for free download Fortran.

A good quick book, if still in print, is &quot;A Fortran Coloring Book&quot;. It teaches with humor and is very thorough. I'm just not sure it is still in print.
