Hi Folks. I am interested in getting a book recommendation on the topic of Fracture Mechanics. I'm looking for a book for someone just starting to learn about the topic, along with real world applications and not just theory.

I believe my "Fracture Mechanics, Fundamentals and Applications" (2nd Ed., T. L. Anderson) is a very good book for both theory and practice. It's one of the few graduate courses where the book is actually useful in the office at times...
