Fracture toughness for structural steel

Good afternoon,

May someone direct me to a resource for the fracture toughness of structural steel? Perhaps test results from a technical report.

Also, does anyone know of a resource for the material constants C and m in the Paris-Erdogan crack growth equation for structural steel?
