Franki Pile Load vs Bulb Size

Many years back (longer than I want to remember) there was a chart showing allowable load capacity vs size of extruded concrete for Franki's expanded base piles. I think it was in a publication called Pile Tips. Does anyone have that particular paper and/or chart? Many thanks . . .
