You probability use a vendor's catalog to select which metric gears in building your design project. I would suggest that you contact this vendor about 3-d gears. They usually have all the gears drawn in Autocad and be happy to send you a CD. I know this does'nt help much about hunting down a source but it least gives you a starting point. Hope this helps.
