A colleague just shared this document with me which is freely available to all: Link. It's a research report on anchorage based on work done at the University of Alberta.
We discuss anchorage issues at length here so I thought that others might appreciate a peak at something relatively state of the art on that topic (published may 2021). That's pretty recent in the world of applied Newtonian physics.
In addition to the research and theory development, there are also a bunch of capacity tables at the end of the report. They are done to Canadian code but, since the underlying theory is the same, the results will be very similar to those calculated using other codes such as ACI.
