how to apply free rotation to a rigid part

Recommended for you

Create a reference point (RP) and tie the rigid part to the reference point. Then apply the rotation BC's to the reference point. Hope the helps.
 
thank you for your help .. but I want to have free rotation of a rigid body without selecting master and slave surfaces .. so how can I define tie Constraints?
