FREEZING DURING RECOVERY PROMPT

Hello,
I have several times had inventor seize up during a prompted recovery. Usually minor adjustments in constraint or sketch projection. The real frustration is that the whole program goes to Non-responsive mode...I have to override with Task Manager to shut down and start over...usually.
Any input is appreciated,
