Hi Team,

we have an Injection molding machine and we are facing frequent nozzle block (only in few nozzles). we tried changing the elastomer batch and still we face same issue.

Any leads on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you running a heated barrel, and if so, have you checked the temperature at the nozzle independently (or checked the built in sensors)? Sounds like they are running hot, and you are getting partial curing of the rubber while it's still in the barrel/nozzle.
