Fresh air make up unit

Hi , we are upgrading the ambient and design temperature from 45 Deg & 25 Deg to 55 Deg & 22 Deg. So now the owner doesn't want to change the unit. Instead of changing the units he wants to add a FMAU. Here is the details

Existing Unit details:
Air flow - 9000 CMH
Cooling kW - 140. 0 Kw
Air On : 34.45°C DB, 29.88°C WB
Air Off: 13°C DB, 12.5°C WB

Please guide me, how to select the unit and I did rough calculation and the result is about 265.0 Kw.

Your OP is not well stated. To me ambient temperature is the outside temperature, is that so? Design temperatures, to me, means the outside temperature on which you would size your heating or cooling requirements and both ambient and design temperatures have no units. There is no relative humidity mentioned under the design conditions. The existing unit details about Air On and Air Off On would those be the approximate DB and WB temp[eratured expected in the space to be cooled?
