From FEMAP to ANSYS Workbench, how do we control elements?

I've been using ANSYS for a few months now. Recently, I have been trying to control the shape of my elements like FEMAP, but it doesn't seem like you can in Workbench.

I want to recreate this mesh on a 0.5 X 5.0 member.

Are there any easy ways of doing this? Thank you in advance.
