Hi,
I am currently working on a school project in which I need to optimize a From-To chart. I have seven machines, and four parts. I have been looking all over and haven't been able to find anything to help me optimize the setup. I have been trying to figure out my own optimization method, but I feel like it is basically and guess and check style system. If anybody could help me optimize a from-to chart with either a series of steps or an algorithm I would really appreciate it.
