Frost Depth - Rochester NY

I was looking to see if anyone may know what the frost depth is/ where it may be found for Rochester NY. I have been having difficulty locating it online for an upcoming project and am not from the area.

My experience has been to usually check the local building codes. If the data indicates a frost depth of X, the municipality may require the base of foundation depth to be X+6 inches.
