We have a froth deaerator, steam goes in to release entrapped air. Following the deaerator are pumps that are struggling, unkown if due to rise in air content.

We don't have an air content measurement before or after. Density before is not very accurate due to high air content.

What I would be interested in is measuring:
* deaerator performance
* If air is leaking into the system, deaerator, suction piping, pump, discharge, etc. How would one do this?

Some context to why we're looking at it: Following it, are 2 lines with 2 pumps in series. Single line operation (design) is to handle high tonnange, lets say 10 t/h but can't thus 2 lines being used.

Much thanks in advance.
