Fuel Cells - anyone using one?

Is anyone using a fuel cell to provide power to a load? We are an electric utility and have a single load that is 4 miles from our lines - We are considering a fuel cell and am looking for any comments on anyone who is actually using one.

What size do you need? I also work for a utility and we have units in service sized from 200 KW to 5 MW.

We need a very small 2kW fuel cell. I am interested in your use of fuel cells though, where are you located?
