Is there any body can explain about magnetic fuel energizer? And if really it can improve combustion efficiency? If yes how it make NOx reduced!!

The magnetic fuel energizer works great, but it's already going to be obsoleted by that car that gets 100 mpg running on water. They missed their window, I guess.
