Where can I get drawings, with dimensions and tolerances, for common gasoline fuel injectors, like 42#, 36#, 55#, both low and high impedance, like the ones from bosch or lucas, etc.? Something that will tell me how large that hole needs to be in the bottom of the fuel rail, what kind of tolerances I need to have, for the injector and o-rings, etc.?

I'm trying to design a new fuel rail.

Any help will be appreciated.

For a Bosch EV6 injector:

Bore 13.57+/-.07mm dia x 10.5mm deep.
Lead-in chamfer 15-20 deg x 2mm deep.
The hole between the o-ring bore and the fuel passage in the rail can be 8mm dia.

Bosch has injector drawings and a spec with design guidelines. They might not be willing to talk to you if you are not an oem, but the phone number is 248-848-2992.

Hope this will help. I can't offer anything else as it could come back to me.
