MIKERSR,

SAE does not publish regulations, but standards. You may wish to search for SAE standards (check out the FAQ Where can I get SAE standards from? [faq14-803]) or through the US's Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) (check out the FAQ FMVSS Specifications [faq108-817]).

Check with Federal Dept of Transportation regulations. They have all sorts of marking requirements and maximums listed.

MIKESR,

Did you find what you were looking for?
