We're having trouble with sloshing impact damaging the fuel level sender (missing float arms, bent supports or supply tubes, inaccurate readings, etc.) in large tanks used in off-highway equipment. Most of the tanks are steel, baffled, with tri-angular corner supports based on pre-existing tanks, yet we don't have a set tank design procedure. Does anyone have experience in this or can direct me to useful sites for info?
