Fuel Tank Truck Strapping Chart Accuracy

Don't have access to API Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards (working for the U.S. Army in Bosnia), but understand Chapter 2 covers Tank Calibration. Need to know the level of accuracy required for making a strapping chart for a fuel tanker truck.

I am not sure what you mean by accuracy, but here goes. The military requires that strapping charts are broken into 1/8th inch increments. I assumed you meant strapping chart breakdown and not a statistical error of chart volume versus actual volume.
