Fundamental frequency vs Shear Wave Velocity 1

Engineers,

Is there any way how to compute the fundamental frequency in 60 ft deep strata, given different shear wave velocities (Vs) between ground surface and 60 feet below ground?.

This is a super late response but...

frequency = Vs/4H

where Vs is the shear wave velocity for each layer and H is the thickness of each layer.
