Furnace oil spared inner surface of spray dryer chamber.

Dear Friend

Due to human error FURNACE OIL was spread in spray dryer CHamber which stuck on the inner surface of spray dryer chambse/ Dom.
we raise the Temprature of chamber beyound 100 deg.c. which result in to carbon formation and the inner surface still stained with F.O. traces. The resulted in to the problem of carbon particale mixing with material spread.
we look forward for the solution of cleanning the inner surface and get read of the problem of carbon particals from the spray dryer.
our spray dryer is Dom shaped and 50 Fit high.
we are also looking forward for the solution of eighter maechnical, manual or chemical process to solve the problem.

Burn down the residue or jet hot water inside and overflow it. FO being lighter than water, will flow out

To be serious, the spillover forms a hard residue on the surface(upon heating) and you have to manually scap it out. This is what we do with our boilers. I suggest you to speak to BPCL or HPCL. They may have something up their sleeves.
