Does Fuse TCC depends on system voltage?
i.e. is it possible to have diff. Time current characteristic (curve) for a fuse if used at different system voltages (like 2.4kV or 5.5kV)?

There can be slight differences based on the voltage class of the fuse. There should not be much difference between 2400 V and 5500 V normally. The manufacturer's fuse curves should indicate the applicable voltages. This is probably more of the case for currrent-limiting fuses as opposed to expulsion fuses.
