Gage R&R spreadsheet?

Anyone got a pointer to a basic level spreadsheet for doing gauge R&R? I don't need a tremendous level of power in this, and I am willing to adapt it as necessary to my purposes.

Mostly what I want, though, is to know whether the variation that I am measuring is a function of the measuring system, or the part that I am measuring. In terms that are about that simple.

Yeah, I know, nothing about statistics is simple...

I have found several good templates on the web. I have also created a couple on my own. Just do a search for gauge repeatability and reproducability in google, and you should find it.
