Dear Sir/Madam,
For a 2 storey garage that will have traffic of 8tons cars (max gross weight), i would like you to help me to the following:

According to Eurocode 1,there is a use of a characteristic single axis load Qk that should be considered during the design. SO, my question:
How is it applied? (applied in the middle of the slab as a single axis?, or, should i apply 2 axis loads because a vehicle has 2 axis?).

You'd apply it where it causes the most onerous effect for what you are designing for.

Wheel/axle close to the support for shear design. Wheel/axle close to centre for bending design. You need to consider the worst case envelope.

If you want to sharpen your pencil, you can consider the actual dimensions of the vehicle and whether that will restrict the worse case position. However, in garages you may jack a car etc so I'd consider it occurring pretty much anywhere.
