Hello everyone,
I am conceptually dimensioning a gas cyclone with a circular or a pipe-type inlet, and already have the gas and particle properties like density, mass flow rate, vol. flow rate etc, along with that I have the inlet velocity and circular inlet diameter. Furthermore, calculations like pressure drop, Stk50, and Euler no are relavant to cyclone cylinder diameter.
Due to mass usage of rectangular shaped inlet gas cyclone, literature on circular shaped inlet are very less, and would deeply appreciate if anyone cam suggest or recommend any article/research paper/book relevant to designing the gas cyclone.
Thank you in advance!
