I need to know how RVP of Gasoline is converted to TVP.
Gasoline RVP at 100 deg F is 9.0psia (for summer) and at 60Deg F is 11.5psia (for winter. How these RVP values will be converted to TVP.
Can we convert 100deg F RVP to TVP at 100deg F and 60deg F RVP value to 60deg F TVP value?

Is there any composition difference between summer and winter gasoline?
