GD&T Control frames & Dimension Lines

I've noticed that when I place a control frame on a diamter dimension (Side view), the dimension line runs through the control frame.

Is there a way to eliminate this?

Does anyone know if there is a setting for this or is it just another deficiency within Catia drafting?

I remember this happening with basic dimension prior to R11, but not since.

Suggest submitting a PMR (once you check for an existing) if it has not been fixed by service pack. It could have been broken by a particular service pack or hotfix, if you are using something other than the basic release.
