Does any one know of a good instructor for GD&T education who can offer a seminar or a class in SF Bay area? Looking for sheet metal and plastic based design GD&T.

There's an Intermediate GD&T course given by Multi Metrics at SJSU in June that might suit your needs. Bill Tandler is the best.
