GD&T call out for cam shaft

Can any one confirm which call out is preferable for camshaft
1.i had confusion whether to use parallelism or perpendicularity.
2. do we need to add each element or radial element note adjacent to call out for cam profiles
kindly advise.

I think you should be more specific in your questions.
1. "Parallelism or perpendicularity" of what and relative to what?
2. "Each element or radial element note adjacent to call out for cam profiles" which callout on the attached drawing detail is "for cam profiles"? can you show what you mean?
