GE 3 Phase Electronic Watthour Meter

How do you read the GE Electronic Digital type demand register kilowatt hour meter? We have GE Type VS-63, Model FM-9A kwhr meter but at a loss in reading the different data flashing on the display. Can anybody lead me to a website where we can download instruction manual on these type of meters? thanks
