im really sorry to bother you yet again, but when i click on this link, im taken to another webpage where the file mvt.pdf is attached.. on clicking on the same, a new page opens but the page is blank.

Could you please instruct me on what to do?

I feel most terrible about bothering you, but this file seems to be reluctant to download itself. I tried multiple times and waited a long time. Every time i click on the mvt.pdf link, a new page opens and it remains blank. I really need this information urgently. Is there any other way i can get this file?
