Good day everyone,

How can I interface (hardwire and program) the position transducer HPS-20-420 and PT100 to the Proficy machine edition IC695ALG616 analog input plc card or any GE analog input plc card products

Your response can help me a lot to grow in knowledge about plc,

The unit in question is a loop powered device. You will need to place a power supply in series with this unit and the analog card. Observe correct polarity. The output of the analog card can be configured in the Proficy ME software and will probably need to be scaled in the PLC program into your desired engineering units.
