Gears?

Hello, I want do design 2 gears with Gear Designer:

Ratio: 4,952
Helix angle: 12 deg
Module: 1,75 mm
Pinion: 21
Gear: 104
etc.

Result is very strange... The pinion has a smaller teeth than gear.... I want to be with the same profile...(Gears generated by Mitcalc are with the same profile!)

Where is the problem?

Hi,

I think the Engineering Ref is 'crap'. I've done it with
the old Engineering Handbook, the file is attached.
Before open the assembly open each gear and unsuppress
all features, I'd to suppress them to reduce file size
Hope it's of some use
