Generador no registra salida de voltaje

Hola tengo un generador TVK tipo DKB 49/175-4ts debe generar segun la placa 450 voltios soportando una corriente de 160 amp. y 125 kw. con carga por su puesto, se le reemplazaron los diodos porque estaban malos y al probar no genera el voltaje segun su placa lo unico que sale por las tres lineas son 75 volts. que puedo hacer en este caso ya que le he buscado los cables de la exitatriz para exitarlo pero no hay ninguno que se pueda identificar como tal (positivo y negativo)por favor alguien me puede decir que puntos debo buscar para exitarlo y empiese a generar? agradesco a quien me pueda hayudar.

My Spanish is very poor but I think you may be asking how to determine the Diode polarity. Use a multi-meter. They will be high resistance in one direction and low resistance in the other direction. Match three with the same polarity mounting bolt and three with the opposite polarity mounting bolt.

If rectifiers were burned and generator don´t works the problem could come from manny reasons:1. Rotor winding in short-circuit so you can check with surge tester looking for winding damage. 2. AVR failure.Disconect and verify correct fuction with external voltage. 3. Possible residual magnetism loose. 4. Excitation winding damage.Surge test the windings.

Could be good you can read the trouble shooting in generator manual.

Si los diodos o rectificadores se han quemado y el generador no genera el problema puede ser ocasionado por múltiples razones: 1. Bobinado del rotor en corto-circuito. Hacer ensayo de onda de choque/Impulso. Fallo del Regulador automático de voltaje(AVR).Desconecte la tarjeta y verifique aplicando voltaje externo a la tarjeta. 3. Posible pérdida de magnetismo residual. 4. Daño del bobinado de excitación. Realizar ensayo de onda de choque/Impulso.


Podría ser conveniente que consultaras la sección de resolución de problemas en el manual del generador.
