Generate linear cam profile in logix5000

Hi,
I am working with motion control with logix5000, and currently facing an issue and hope to get solution.

I want to generate linear lookup table using cam profile (time vs speed) or (position vs speed), I read through the MATC and MAPC and found both of these cams are positions cam .

what I am looking for is to generate a cam table to specify at certain time/position the speed should be whatever (or in other word speed changes based on the change of time/position), and any time I want to pause the cam, the load stop at specific segment and when resume the cam should continue from segment+1?

I have tried MATC and generate a cam profile when the master represent the Time and slave represent the speed values that I am looking for by using a virual axis in my MATC then I transfer the Slave.actualPosition to the Drive speed but the issue that I am facing is resuming after pausing.

Is there any other way that I can do to generate this cam profile? appreciate your response in advance.

You should use a virtual master to index through the cam and stop the virtual master and restart it. The virtual master will ramp down and ramp up using the acceleration and deceleration parameters you supply.
