Generative View Style Tool Bar Flickering in Catia?

I mostly use Catia with dual monitors, but had to switch to 2 computers, each with a dedicated monitor.
When I go into drafting, and try to insert a new view, the generative view style tool bar flicks on and off, and stays off. I went back to dual monitors and it stays on. Single monitor it flicks off. Is there any option in catia to set for single monitor use only. I tried my co workers computer, and he has the same issue if he deactivates his secondary monitor.
