What synchronous generator reactance should be used in a harmonic study ?
Saturated sub-transient x"d, saturated transient x'd, saturated synchronous xd ?

For "load" of any sort, which implies a steady state condition, they only impedance to consider would be the synchronous. For a generator running near its rating it would be the saturated synchronous impedance and for one that's lightly loaded it would be the unsaturated. The transient and subtransient impedances are useful for fault and other non-steady state conditions.
