Geometric Caclulator Equivalent in DraftSight

I have searched somewhat extensively to find if there is an equivalent in DraftSight to the AutoCAD command line calculator, the one that lets you use geometric features of objects to locate a new object.

For instance, if you want to add something between two circle center points you would enter:

'cal
(cen+cen)/2

...in the middle of some other command.

I rely on this tool quite a bit and would like to use something like it in DraftSight.
