Geometric tolerance with leader to reference datum?

Is it possible (in Pro/E WF 2.0) to create a geometric tolerance like the one in the attached picture?

I've done it but not strictly with the geometric tolerance tool. You have to add some sketch elements or a symbol.

There are many ways to show the same thing. Why use that one?
