Hi,
Why all manufacturer use "voltage transformer(VT)" instead of "capacitive voltage transformer(CVT)" in GIS switchgear even at higher voltage level? is that related using SF6 gas? i just want to know why capacitor voltage divider in GIS switchgear is eliminated and voltage transformer applicable in all HV & EHV voltage level?
