I am mechanical design engineer and I have just discover the glass machinery world, I don't know too much about this industry, so I am searching for some knowledge, I have been designing machines but in other industries for 15 years, but I need a little help in this new world, someone can help me with some place, book, website, etc where I can find technical information about glass world?? with glass machines examples, mechanisms, etc. I found some superficial information in YouTube but isn't enough, I need more technical info, I accept any idea!!

Hello dvd, thanks for your answer, I am looking for information about tempered glass,and automotive glass mainly, but I accept all technical information to get a good new knowledge about glass industry.

One name - Pilkington. They invented the float glass process which makes widespread use of tempered and automotive glass possible. Now, somehow, owned by the Japanese.
