Glass Panel Design Requirements

Please help with the Design constraints for a Glass Panel vs Wind Load, Point Load, and Distributed Load. The panel is supported at 4 points with pinch style clamps.

I am looking for a good equation layout or method as a quick reference for our sales department. Is there a handy setup out there already?
