Glass Parison forming heat transfer

I am attempting to model the blank mould during parison forming.(ie Glass bottle manufacture)

The model involves the following

Transient Heat transfer - 5 second cycles

Glass @ 1200 degrees
An air gap 0.2mm
Blank mould - cast iron
Forced Convection on blank mould fins

Has anybody got any experience in the modelling of the parison and blank mould with FEA packages such as ANSYS?
