Hello All
I am trying to figure out the specific glucose consumption for a CHO cell culture in a 15L Applikon Bioreactor. I have the IVC values for each day and NOVA readings of glucose in mg/L every day. I have also fed the reactors glucose every other day.
Suppose on day 1: IVC =25, glucose =2.5
on day 2: IVC=50, glucose =0 (and I fed it upto 6g/l but don't have NOVA readings after feeding)
on day 3: IVC=80, glucose =3
Do I simply divide, NOVA glucose value by the IVC to get specific consumption??
